If your application is not progressed to an interview, your CV and application details will be retained in our system for up to 6 months from the date of your application. After this period, your details will be securely deleted unless you give explicit consent for us to keep them longer.
If you are invited to attend an interview, your application materials, interview notes, and performance evaluations will be retained for up to 12 months following the completion of the recruitment process. This allows us to contact you should another suitable vacancy open within the business.
